These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bat905 ("bat905", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bat905 platform, website located at https://bat905.cam, and all associated services, products, features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

bat905 is an English-language online entertainment information platform targeting users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where the Platform is accessible. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on bat905, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended or terminated by bat905 for violations of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

• You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information at all times.

bat905 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address or other documentation as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bat905 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bat905 support immediately at [email protected].
• bat905 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

bat905 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any stage and to suspend account access pending the completion of verification procedures. Documents submitted for KYC must be genuine, unaltered and submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification interface only. bat905 will never request CNIC, passport scans or sensitive personal documents via email, WhatsApp, or any third-party messaging service.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following terms and conditions, which apply continuously during any active account session and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use of the Platform or its content, including but not limited to data scraping, systematic data extraction or use for commercial advantage, is prohibited.
• You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.
• All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable, or by live dealer mechanics on live casino tables. bat905 makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, RTP figure or winning probability.

All funds deposited to your bat905 account must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends or associates — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount, available payment methods and processing times are as specified in the Platform's cashier section. Payment method references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for informational context relevant to Pakistani users. These references do not constitute confirmation of availability, endorsement of gambling, or affiliation between the named payment providers and bat905. Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

All bonuses and promotions offered by bat905 are subject to individual promotional terms, which must be read in conjunction with these Terms. Where there is a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail. Key general bonus conditions include:

• Wagering/Rollover: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 30x bonus) unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum permitted bet per round or per bet applies (e.g., PKR 500 per spin). Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at reduced rates or 0%. Check the specific promotion for applicable rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Non-sticky bonuses are separated from real money and may be withdrawn upon meeting the wagering requirement, while sticky bonuses cannot themselves be withdrawn — only net winnings exceeding the bonus amount may be cashable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the legal age of gambling (18+ or higher as required).
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be confiscated.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping or coordinated exploitation of the Platform's games or promotions.
• Depositing funds from unlawful sources or engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering or the financing of terrorism.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or otherwise recall deposits after funds have been used for gambling activity.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist or otherwise offensive behaviour towards Platform staff or other users.

All content on the bat905 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software code, game assets, audio, video and user interface design, is the property of bat905 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bat905.
• Use the bat905 name, logo or branding in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership without written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software element of the Platform.

Third-party game content, including casino games and betting software, is the intellectual property of the respective game developers and providers and is licensed for use on the Platform. bat905 makes no claims to ownership of third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat905 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling or betting activity on the Platform.
• Losses attributable to Platform unavailability, technical faults or network issues.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on illustrative PKR figures, promotional examples or informational content displayed on the Platform that do not reflect confirmed live operator values.
• Losses arising from changes in currency exchange rates affecting PKR-denominated figures.

bat905's total liability to any User for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, shall at all times be limited to the amount actually deposited by that User into their account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified time period.
• Registration or attempted use from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or harmful to other users or Platform staff.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring bat905 to cease serving users in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is terminated for legitimate reasons unrelated to fraud or policy breach, bat905 will return any eligible remaining real-money balance to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification. No refund of losses incurred through normal gambling activity will be made.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bat905 support. Voluntary closure does not entitle the User to a refund of gambling losses.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat905 holds its operating licence.

Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the User's country of residence.

bat905 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bat905 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by notification through the Platform or registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. bat905 recommends checking this page whenever you access the Platform to remain informed of the current terms governing your use.
